Navigation Tips

Map navigation relies on the usual Google Map tools. Click and drag to move the map.
Use the scale bar on the left for zoom and pan as an alternative to dragging the map.
Switch from map to satellite view with the named buttons.

Property Viewing Tips

Mousing over the map’s icons will bring up limited information for each property.
Clicking on the icon will bring up more information.
Clicking for full details will take you to a page hosted by my Sonoma site. You’ll still be looking at Vallejo inside the Sonoma and North Bay wrapper.

REO Vallejo

Let's start with definitions: REO is an acronym for Real Estate Owned (by banks, investors, hedge funds, etc.) For all practical purposes REO, bank owned homes, and foreclosures are terms used interchangeably. Because I'm a lazy typist, REO is my favored term. However, when you see bank owned property, foreclosed home, or other similar terms here, they all refer to property that has been through the foreclosure process and is now available for sale. As the map clearly shows, Vallejo has plenty of "them" whether your favorite term is foreclosures, REO property, or bank owned homes. I have actually heard an automotive term from one of my clients. He's calling them "repos". Whatever terms you use when you call me to talk about buying one of these properties, I promise to know what you are talking about.
